DP Hughes raises the bat

Daniel Hughes’ 6th List A hundred has propelled NSW into a home final in the prestigious Marsh One Day Cup. Hughes boasts 1421 runs @ 56.84 with a strike rate of just a tick under 90. The left hand opening batsman from Cowra in Central West NSW has caught the eye of our resident Cricket Librarian Matt Fiction who has penned this haiku poem in his honour.

Cricket Library Weekly – QLD win the trophy

In this edition of the Cricket Library Weekly, Robbie and Matt wrap up the final of the WNCL competition with QLD lifting the prestigious Ruth Preddy trophy for the first time.
